The mission of the Austin/Travis County Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) is to work in partnership with the community to promote health, safety, and wellbeing.

The mission of the Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) initiative is to reduce tobacco use prevalence and exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke. The CPPW focuses on policy, systems, and environmental changes to reduce the burden of chronic disease.

We would like to thank for their support. Their service and dedication to our cause has allowed the Honor Project to continue to put a spotlight on the real lives affected by tobacco in our community.
